CROP SAMPLES 

Here are some samples of how to crop the image depending on what you use it for.

For example, Headshots are generally 8 x 10" that would be 4:5 aspect ration on your iPhone.

Instagram POST are square, so for example 10" x 10" or 5" x 5".  Stories are 3.6" x 6.4" or a 9:16 aspect ratio.

More cinematic crop would be wide, like standard wide 9" x 16" or wider which could be 4" x 16".

Use any editing tool like PHOTOS app on your iPhone or mac, or any other photo app on your phone or computer.
